Copper Beech Condominium
A 24-page offering memorandum was designed for Cushman & Wakefield to promote the scenic Copper Beech condos located in Madison, NJ. Inspired by the woodsy locale and natural surroundings, I created a new branding and color scheme that fit the tone and feel that the client wanted to express while staying true to the property's traditional architecture.
