545 Washington is a trophy office building located in downtown Jersey City. For this Cushman & Wakefield agency leasing project, we wanted to introduce a refined and modern design, using inspiration from the building's own sleek lines and minimalist architecture. With a curated selection of local photography and a custom amenity map, we aimed to engage the reader on the many attractions and ease of access provided by this vibrant location. Final deliverables included a new branding/logo and a 12-page brochure.
