One University Square

One University Square is a prominent trophy office building for lease in the center of Princeton, NJ. For this Cushman & Wakefield marketing campaign, we wanted to incorporate a fresh and modern design style, while emphasizing the property’s convenient location to amenities and mass transit/major roadways (via a custom map design), as well as bring awareness to the building’s extensive renovation program. Final deliverables included a 4-page brochure, double-sided postcard mailer. Winner of the 2020 GDUSA Award for Brochures & Collateral.
